Delivery Services
Sony Centres offer a range of delivery services, details of which are given below. The actual services offered will depend on the items in your basket, and the services offered by the Sony Centre which will fulfil the order.
Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery is available for all items smaller than a 55" Television. Typically the goods will be delivered within 1-2 working days from placing your order, subject to any fraud checks necessary. Goods dispatched by standard delivery are sent from our central warehouse using a tracked delivery service. Delivery to certain postcodes may take longer, please see below.
Standard delivery is free on all orders over £50, and £6.95 for smaller orders.
Store Delivery
Store Delivery is available for all items smaller than a 55" Television. Typically the goods will be delivered within 2-3 working days from placing your order, subject to any fraud checks necessary. Goods dispatched by store delivery are sent direct from your local store, or the store which has stock of the item.
Store is free on all orders over £50, and £6.95 for smaller orders.
48 Hour TV Delivery
For larger televisions delivered from our central warehouse, we use a 48 hour delivery service from ArrowXL. ArrowXL will send you a text message the day before delivery with a 2-hour time slot for your delivery. On the day of delivery they will provide you with a link where you can track the progress of your delivery. The delivery team will call you when they are en route to you.
Delivery is Monday to Friday excluding bank and public holidays. Sadly we are unable to offer this service to certain postcode, such as the Scottish Islands and parts of the Highlands. Orders must be placed by 1:30pm for delivery within 2 working days.
48 Hour TV Delivery is free on large televisions.

TV Delivery & Installation
If available from your local Sony Centre, we will offer to supply, unpack, assemble any accessories such as a stand, connect your TV to the aerial, turn on and tune in to all available channels and connect you to up to 3 existing devices (such as a Blu-ray player or satellite box).
